We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our Reception team at Littlehampton Health Centre.
Experience of working in the NHS would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.
This is a bank position, therefore shifts are booked in when staffing cover is needed.
Hours are 08.30 to 13.00 and 13.00 to 17.30, from Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job
This post would suit a highly motivated and organised individual with good attention to detail. The job role covers greeting visitors, dealing with general enquiries, booking meeting rooms, managing email accounts, as well as some general administrative duties such as checking in deliveries and sorting the post.
About us
Previous Administrative/Reception experience (particularly in a healthcare setting) would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided. Job responsibilities
Applicants must be conversant with Microsoft Office and have good keyboard skills. They should be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues at all levels, work unsupervised as well as part of a team, and deal with difficult situations using their initiative.

Qualifications
* NVQ 2 Administration and/or Customer Service
* RSA typing minimum stage 2 or equivalent
Experience
* Previous experience of working in a frontline, customer-focused environment
* Experience in SBS Oracle online procurement and invoice systems or equivalent system
* Experience in a reception role
* Experience of working in a healthcare environment
Skills and knowledge
* Ability to record information accurately
* Ability to prioritise workload
* Able to work individually as well as part of a team
* Flexible approach
* Good communication/interpersonal skills and a pleasant professional and helpful telephone manner
* Ability to remain calm when faced with conflicting priorities
