Key Responsibilities
As a Project/Senior Civil Engineer, you will:
- Design and Analysis : Develop schematic, concept, and detailed designs for drainage and highways using Civils 3D and Causeway Flow for SUDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems).
- Documentation and Reporting : Prepare Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategy reports to support planning processes.
- Highways Design: Handle S278/S38 agreements for highways.
- Team Leadership : Mentor and support junior engineers, including managing resources and project finances.
- Project Management : Lead projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and financial accountability.
