Protocol Education is working with local Primary and SEN Schools in the St Albans area to provide Flexi-Cover Supply Teachers to deliver engaging and fun lessons!
The Role:
* Work across all year groups as needed, covering lessons due to staff absence, providing extra support, interim recruitment, or training.
* Implement work pre-set by class teachers to a high standard.
* Manage pupil behaviour to ensure a positive learning environment.
* De-escalate classroom situations following safeguarding procedures.
* Collect and return student work appropriately.
* Report safeguarding concerns following school policies.
The Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status is essential. Experience in Further Education, lecturing, tutoring, coaching, or childcare is desirable.
* Passionate about education and working with children.
* Committed to building confidence and skills in students.
* Willing to go the extra mile to influence students' futures.
* Enjoys working with young people and making a difference.
* Degree educated.
* Proven positive impact on children's lives, in any field.
* Right to work in the UK.
