Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Location: Manchester or Redhill with occasional travel to other offices (hybrid)
Reporting to: Head of Marketing
Main purpose of job
To work with the marketing team, the UK sales team and our external professional partners to support all marketing and events activity, with a particular focus on campaign management and digital marketing activities.

The Verlingue Marketing team is high performing, busy and well respected, and helps all areas of our business to win and retain clients, generate income and build a successful brand in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
Manage the companys social media presence across digital channels including Linked In, YouTube etc
Measure and report on the performance of the companys digital marketing campaigns and social media channels
Coordinate marketing campaigns, surveys and regular newsletters using a CRM system
Create videos and podcasts for internal and external comms
Help to maintain and develop the company website including creating landing pages, writing news items, ensuring the website is up to date and maximised for SEO
Manage the company intranet and liaise with HR for people related posts
Content
Drive and manage the companys content strategy and activity
Responsible for copywriting and editing, working with the business to write Thought Leadership articles and campaign content
Help the business to optimize the use of AI to increase efficiency and improve quality of our content
Brand
To manage the Verlingue brand across all channels with the rest of the Marketing team
Design to create marketing collateral and manage external agencies

Qualifications
Marketing degree/qualification
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude for digital marketing and video
Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Design skills such as InDesign
Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
Adaptable and flexible
