We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to drive HR strategy and support business growth across multiple UK locations. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will lead key HR initiatives including workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. You’ll also manage TUPE transfers and restructuring projects, helping shape a high-performance culture.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong experience in a senior HR role, with expertise in TUPE, restructuring, and HR best practices.
2. A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills.
3. Degree-level qualification and/or CIPD accreditation.
4. Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive positive change.
