ChampionX is seeking an ambitious QHSE Administrator located in Malton, UK. The QHSE Administrator will be responsible for assisting the QHSE team in ensuring the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment requirements of the Company’s Management Systems. Assisting in the creation of documentation packs for our Customers. Arranging set maintenance programs and ensuring these are completed in set periods. Working with local tradesmen to arrange and book site maintenance works. Updating procedures and documents as detailed by the QHSE Team. Creation of Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental posters/reports for the QHSE Manager. This role can be considerably expanded within the Quality/Health & Safety/Environmental department. Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency with core MS Office programs (word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook) and RMSPT Information System. Organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as being confident and having a courteous email/telephone manner. Problem solving and analysis. Attention to detail. Ability to manage own time and workload efficiently.
