About The Role
Team – Direct to consumer
Working Pattern - Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 Saturday 10:00-13:45 (40 hours)
Hybrid - 2 days in the Stockport office 3 days at home
Bonus (on target bonus)- Approx £5400 per annum
Holiday allowance- 25 days holiday (pro rata), plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell up to five days each holiday year
What will you do as a Direct Sales Executive?
Contact Potential Customers: Reach out to individuals who have shown interest in the company’s products or services.
Initial Needs Assessment: Engage in conversations to understand the potential customer’s needs and preferences.
Provide Information: Offer detailed and accurate information about the products or services.
Build Relationships: Establish a rapport with potential customers to build trust and interest.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads to keep them engaged and informed.
Record Interactions: Document all interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets.What do you need to thrive?
