Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Data Administrator for our client based in Mansfield. We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join the team. The role will include data entry, accuracy checking, and analysis, as well as providing administrative support to managers, internal teams, and seven Local Authorities. Benefits of a Data Administrator: Part of a friendly team Competitive salary Develop your existing skill set Salary: £12phr Duties of a Data Administrator will include: Input and verify data, analyse information, and generate reports for managers, internal teams, and local authorities Accurately record operatives attendance and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure correct payroll processing Take minutes at meetings and assist with the preparation of meeting rooms, including organising refreshments Order stationery and provide general administrative support to the team Create correspondence and other documents to support HR-related procedures In order to be considered for the role of a Data Administrator: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant systems Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Experience in administrative support, payroll, or HR-related documentation is an advantage Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9.30am 2.30pm
