About the Role Provide tailored support to students of all ages within an SEN environment. Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and ensuring all pupils can access the curriculum. Adapt to the unique needs of each student, including those requiring additional support. What We’re Looking For A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). Confidence and experience in supporting students in an SEN setting (preferred). Patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping every child succeed. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
