Join our team and seize the extraordinary opportunity to influence the everyday Job Title: Account Manager - Hospitality Position Overview: We are looking for an Account Manager for Fiskars Group’s “Vita Business Area” (with a portfolio of brands such as Wedgwood, Waterford, Royal Doulton, Royal Albert) who will be responsible for implementing, promoting and selling of the company’s Premium to Luxury product portfolio into the Hospitality sector and to deliver growth within an assigned sales territory to meet set objectives. You will work closely with multiple brand teams to deliver growth and maintain excellent customer service and support, where needed. In addition you will support with the development of new business opportunities both locally and nationally whilst building existing relationships with distribution partners. Key Responsibilities: Visit existing and new customers to maximise opportunities to achieve brand awareness and revenue targets set. Create and develop business opportunities within the UK within Hospitality, B2B and Interior design companies. Drive brand executions from across the Fiskars portfolio within your sector. Negotiate sales deals within given parameters and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets. Responsible for delivering the targeted sales and KPIs; monitor sales volume, revenues, and expenses. Maintain customer database (CRM) effectively. Agree on terms and conditions within limits of company guidance and ensure they are adhered too. Provide sales leads, customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the company. Requirements: 3-5 years in a role with similar responsibilities preferably within the hospitality or related industries Experience of managing and developing client relationships Experience in project management, client servicing and sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in working within a team in a pressured time sensitive environment Ability to manage own time effectively Knowledge of ceramics/crystal products and competitors P&L understanding Competent with creating and delivering business plans Ability to build business cases for investment opportunities (marketing, fixtures, POS etc) Excellent IT skills, specifically in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and CRM tools Excellent commercial and numerical acumen Flexible to travel across the UK to meet client and business needs, attend trade shows if required.
