A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Production Scheduler in an ever-growing Aerospace company. This is a hands-on role as a Production Planner and Scheduler in a manufacturing company and will involve the coordination and daily support of the production, materials, and product test areas of the company. The Production Planner and Scheduler role will provide direction and priorities that help support the Production Planning Manager and team, focusing across the manufacturing and material control aspects of the business. It will drive support on projects and activities required to meet customer requirements and production schedules.
Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, the role will involve close liaison with all levels of staff across the company, including Logistics, Stores, Supply Chain, R&D, Service, and Quality departments. Good organisational skills are required and knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 5 am to 2 pm, totaling 42 hours per week at a starting rate of £625 per week.
