My client is looking for a Digital Trainer who has extensive experience delivering training via MS Teams. The programme aims to deliver competent, confident, compliant training for the induction of new starters in business systems and processes. It also includes policy, procedure, entry-level soft skills, and Capita work practices.
We are training new recruits in one of seven different Customer Service Representative roles, some more complex than others. The training will be 8 - 15 days for each role, and the trainer will need to commit to the delivery of the whole induction process for each cohort they are working with.
The right person will need to be able to deliver training via TEAMS and manage the delegates' successful undertaking of online learning modules, supporting any queries/concerns or learners who are struggling. A large proportion of the training content is systems and process training, so the ability to quickly get to grips with new software is vital. Facilitation skills are key as the trainer will have to manage a large group (circa 30) of new starters through their induction training.
