Graduate Client Manager (GCM)

The Graduate Client Manager (GCM) role is integral to the daily management of our client relationships across America and emerging markets. Responsible for delivering market measurement and insight to the world’s biggest drinks companies, the GCM ensures that all standard deliverables are met.
Always aiming to uncover great insights that inform our clients’ decision making, the GCM works with the project team to identify the key brand and market trends through innovative & thorough interrogation and manipulation of CGA by Nielsen IQdata sources.
The role includes processing, manipulating & interrogating all CGA by Nielsen IQ data sources to deliver best in class market intelligence, information & insight to our clients. The GCM supports the Client Manager & Client Success & Insight Manager to build & maintain great client relationships by providing outstanding customer service & deliverables.
Qualifications
2. Educated to degree level or equivalent with a strong analytical/thinking component (graduated and available to start immediately)
3. Comfortable working with and understanding various sources of information and deriving own conclusions
4. Highly numerate
5. Excellent communication with good written and spoken English language Skills
6. IT literate, comfortable with different software packages
7. Great rapport and builds strong relationships

10. Positive, passionate and conscientious worker who takes pride in their work
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills
12. Strong relationship building skills
