In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Actuation Aftermarket, providing financial analysis, insight, and support to senior leadership. You’ll be accountable for overseeing the financial performance of the global repair network, including Flightsense, and supporting the Aftermarket strategy to drive growth. As part of the ASA leadership team, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in Global Ops, Finance, Business Development, and Customer Support to enhance the commercial success of Actuation Systems. What Will Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Look Like? Provide financial management support to the Aftermarket Director, covering strategic direction, investments, P&L management, accounting, and compliance. Oversee all financial reporting for Aftermarket Finance, including forecasting, planning, and actuals reporting. Support the FlightSense Program Manager in establishing robust governance processes, managing costs, and identifying risks and opportunities. Manage the Flightsense EAC and transition plans under Project Redwood. Oversee R&O processes for Aftermarket and global repair while driving communication on performance, actuals, and forecast for the Central Repair Division. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement across Aftermarket financial analysis functions. Collaborate with Strategy and Analytics, Pricing, and other teams to define and implement pricing strategy. Act as a financial approver for ASA proposals and business cases. Ensure compliance with RTX accounting policies, US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and international standards. What Will You Bring to the Role? Essential Skills: Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business cases, investment analysis, and a commercial background, with experience in a commercial environment. Analytical Skills: Data-driven with a proactive, inquisitive approach to financial analysis, along with advanced Excel skills and experience managing complex data sets. Self-Starter: A proactive attitude with a natural curiosity, not satisfied with the status quo, and able to independently seek improvements. Desirable Skills: Familiarity with Program Finance (EAC) and Power by the Hour contracts. Experience working within a matrix structure and managing multiple stakeholders. FP&A experience in a manufacturing or engineering business. Aftermarket or service sales experience.
