This is the first time since the company was formed that IAG have recruited for a permanent Assistant Company Secretary. As such, the governance team are excited to be adding someone to contribute towards the department’s excellent reputation within IAG.
The role on offer is a rare and broad ranging governance position within a dual listed FTSE 100. Reporting into the Deputy Company Secretary the role will have responsibilities across UK and Spanish listing rules, board and committee support, stakeholder engagement, annual report and accounts, and shareholder governance.
