Cotswold Cheltenham is looking for a Group Bookings Advisor. Your role As a Bookings Advisor, you will be focused on ensuring that a high level of customer care is given throughout the customer journey. The role is fast-paced in a process-driven environment where you are rewarded for excellent achievements with incentives. Responsibilities: Obtain relevant information from the customer regarding their repair to ensure all necessary work can be carried out. Confirm with the customer their check-in time and the duration that their car will be on site. Arranging with customers if any alternative transport is required and booking them into a courtesy vehicle. Check vehicle history and identify if any additional work is required such as recalls, service packs and warranty details. Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services when they arise. Confirming and updating vehicle details, customer addresses, contact numbers and email addresses for each booking. Capturing/updating GDPR preferences. Advise customers with a guide price for the routine servicing and repair of their vehicle. Targeted outbound campaigns – including upselling services to our existing clients. Identifying and overcoming objections. Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on a rota basis with 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.00 am – 1.00 pm).
