We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Administrator to be a key part of our busy, passionate HR team. In this vital role, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting our people and culture strategy across the charity. You’ll be central to a variety of essential HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding and preparing contracts to processing payroll changes and booking training sessions. No day is the same. With a new HR system in place, we’re looking for someone organised and detail-oriented to manage essential admin tasks, work with confidential information, and support managers and staff. You'll join a team of four, reporting to our Senior HR Advisor/HR Business Partner. While the role is busy, it’s highly rewarding as you see the difference your work makes to the Academy. As a unique charity providing education and residential care for Deaf young people with additional needs, you’ll also have the chance to learn about Deaf culture and British Sign Language.
