Job summary We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent leadership and team working skills and the vision and determination to drive continued development of innovative, enthusiastic, and highly effective Podiatry services. This is a busy and varied role, one which requires the post holder to have a flexible approach to their working duties, to coordinate administrative and clinical services to the Podiatry team based in Barnet. You will have had experience in a clinical role with some management responsibilities and will be required to line manage staff. You will be able to lead and participate in service development, to identify the need for new practice and determine methods of implementing change. Main duties of the job The successful candidate must have excellent communication and inter-personal/negotiation skills, be able to prioritize and have the ability to work under pressure.
