The North School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, inspirational and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our school community.
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and helping them achieve their full potential? This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with teachers and students within our excellent English Department, fostering an engaging and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in the classroom, working under the guidance of the class teacher to implement effective teaching and learning strategies. You will provide invaluable support to both individual students and groups, ensuring they are fully engaged and making meaningful progress in their educational journey.
Beyond assisting with classroom activities, you will contribute to creating a purposeful and supportive environment, promoting inclusion and equal opportunities for all. You’ll be an important advocate for safeguarding and the welfare of children, helping to maintain a safe and nurturing space for every student.
