Job Description Senior HR Business Partner
Fife based (mainly on-site)
12-month fixed term contract

We're working exclusively with a growing UK-based organisation to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. With multiple sites and unionised operations across the UK, this role offers the opportunity to play a lead role in HR strategy, workforce transformation, and supporting major contract mobilisations.
Join during an exciting period of growth to include recent acquisition activity and upcoming high-profile contract wins. This role will act as the HR lead on major projects such as:
TUPE transfers and workforce onboarding
Contract mobilisation for new operations launching in the autumn
Supporting collective consultations and change programmes
Leading on complex ER cases and union engagement
You will lead a small team of HR professionals and provide hands-on guidance to operational stakeholders across the business.
Working closely with senior management, you’ll help deliver a people strategy that supports the successful integration and development of employees in both traditional and remote operational settings.
