As a Branch Supervisor based in Andover you’ll be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Branch Manager with the daily operations and management of this small branch.
2. Establishing strong relationships with customers and suppliers, addressing any inquiries and processing sales.
3. Serving customers at the trade counter, providing advice and sharing product knowledge.
4. Handling general warehouse tasks such as receiving and dispatching goods, picking and packing customer orders and merchandising.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm, no weekend working required.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Previous experience in the plumbing and heating industry is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
2. A willingness to take charge and supervise the branch in the manager’s absence.
3. Excellent communication skills and the confidence to build effective relationships.
