Insurance Account Manager (Director)
Hybrid Working 3 days onsite per week
Our global client is looking for an experienced Account Manager to come in and develop growth strategies for the client and lead the development of new and existing customers. You will have a strong background in the insurance sector and handled large portfolios previously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Looking for a seasoned Account Manager who has handled enterprise accounts.
2. Someone who has started small and grew the account, with a land and expand / hunting mindset in an existing account.
3. Preferred to have handled portfolios in industries in Insurance.
4. Should have experience working with offshore delivery teams.
5. Own and develop account level strategy towards revenue and profitability targets.
6. Develop relationships across the client’s organization from C-suite to managerial levels.
Job Requirements:
1. Overall 12+ years of IT industry experience.
2. 5+ years of client management and relationship development experience.
3. Must have experience of selling Data, Cloud, QA, Digital deals.
4. Experience with project managing complex initiatives and campaigns from inception to launch to evaluation and optimization.
5. Experience in working with large cross functional and multi-geographical teams to deliver solutions.
6. Ability to understand bigger picture, identify business opportunities and envision workable solutions.
7. Proven track record of relationship management with consistent revenue growth of a client portfolio.
8. Fast learner and able to work at multiple levels in the organization.
