We have been making beautiful home accessories for retailers and brands for many years, and are now offering our products direct to the consumer through Upper Street Home (upperstreethome.com) We are looking for someone to join our team and to be responsible for digital marketing and helping to grow our profile on social media platforms. Content creation and posting will be an important part of the role, as will communicating with customers etc to promote the brand. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives - Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement - Write and edit compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website - Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines - Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and communication - Manage email marketing campaigns and maintain email lists - Assist in the planning and execution of online events and webinars - Build and maintain relationships with influencers and industry professionals - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice - Prepare and present reports on digital marketing efforts and results to management Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices - Experience in content creation and copywriting - Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Passion for digital marketing and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices If you are a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and communication, we would love to hear from you.
