Job Description
You will manage a portfolio of loans both Balance sheet and CMBS securitisations.
Responsibilities include:
* Analyse borrower reports (rent rolls, operating statements, covenants etc.)
* Coordinate with Loan Admin to process payments on time
* Monitor info undertakings in Facility Agreements (insurance, accounts, business plans)
* Liaise with lenders/borrowers for new valuations when needed
* Work with internal teams on new deal onboarding (Accounts, Agency, Loan Admin)
* Negotiate with borrowers, guarantors, asset/property managers, and project monitors
* Review development finance docs, cashflow vs budget, and Project Monitor reports
* Manage monthly/quarterly utilisation with all stakeholders
* Collate docs/approvals and draft investment memos for investors
* Represent clients/investors as facility agent or primary servicer
* Support Legal and Senior Management on deal closings
Prior experience in the commercial loan servicing space with a third party, bank or FI is essential to perform the role. Strong understanding of Real Estate finance and complex structures also a must.
