We are looking for permanent Cell Leaders to join our growing Production team.
As a Cell Leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a manufacturing role using state-of-the-art machinery, with opportunities for career progression. Being part of our head office, you will play an important role in helping us to be the market-leading partner of choice in the away-from-home tissue industry, delivering high-quality products to our customers.
As a Cell Leader, you will work a 4-on-4-off, 12-hour shift pattern of both days (06:00-18:00) and nights (18:00-06:00).
Job Opportunity
Our Cell Leaders work on lines as part of a cell and hold a pivotal role in the operation of high-speed machinery, leading a team within their allocated cell. You will ensure that performance levels are maintained and optimised, whilst enforcing a safe, efficient and effective way of running the manufacturing equipment.
This role entails not only maintaining the highest standards of quality but also adhering to safety protocols while demonstrating your expertise in troubleshooting and making adjustments when necessary.
