We are looking for a new talent who will be included in the European Back Office team and will deal with public and private tenders, managing their work through certified mail and dedicated portals. He/she will also proactively support the sales team with data analysis, compliance tasks, and CRM management, and will be responsible for the elaboration, tracking, and communication of KPIs for Managed Service Tenders.
Your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
* Manage the entire activation cycle: tender research through telematic journals and the main PA portals, evaluate and select new tenders that align with Agilent's sales strategy and goals, conduct feasibility studies, manage documentation according to regulations, prepare administrative documentation, verify technical and economic documentation, and manage contacts with the sales force for the activation of the tender.
* Work closely with Sales Account Managers and other stakeholders to develop tender response strategies and create comprehensive bid packages; monitor timetables and deadlines and prepare documentation following the award of the tender.
* Support the Sales team with data and CRM management, creating ad hoc analyses through different tools, mainly Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI.
* Work with field sales to enable more accurate forecasting capabilities, evaluate third-party services and solutions to ensure optimal vendor selection in compliance with Agilent parameters and local legislation.
* Regularly extract and elaborate data related to service parameters and communicate with different partners, seeking support from stakeholders when needed.
* Be involved in various admin and project management tasks according to the level of experience, local or international.
* Support the development and management of sales platforms and tools, contributing to the analysis and evaluation of business data and strategy.
* Support contract management and asset oversight, including managing physical inventory and tracking instrument usage and sales status. Ensure recovery of instruments upon contract expiration.
* Support Sales Operations in activities related to other departments, like Marketing and Inside Sales, and in ad hoc project management activities.
Qualifications

* Higher education and/or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Analytical and organizational skills, expertise in Microsoft Office and Power BI, experience in collecting, organizing, and disseminating information and data accurately; ability to write reports according to different needs; expertise in using various IT tools.
* Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Knowledge of English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a preferential requirement.
