First Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting our long-standing client who are seeking a Smart Interventions Scheduler.
This is a temporary position for 1 year, with the view of extending.
The role will be responsible for scheduling the delivery of smart interventions and administering delivery of SLAs.
The position:
1. Working within a team of schedulers.
2. Managing the end-to-end administrative process, ensuring work is programmed and updated accurately.
3. Communicating with Customers, Suppliers, Craft Teams and Engineers.
4. Utilising daily reports to ensure work is appropriately prioritised.
5. Working with SAP, CRM, PM, MRS, PowerOn, Netplan and other IT Systems.
6. Providing reports as and when required.
7. Building strong relationships with teams across the business.
8. Safe and effective scheduling of all direct and contractor field resources.
9. Exceeding SLA targets.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Good level PC skills is essential, experience of SAP, PowerOn and Netmap is advantageous.
2. Good customer facing skills with the ability to manage and resolve customer issues and queries.
3. Ability to work in a pressured environment as part of a highly focused team.
4. Ability to work cooperatively with team members.
5. H&S awareness.
6. Letter writing skills.
