We’re hiring for a Service Administrator to join a thriving industrial firm at their site based in Stockport, Greater Manchester. This role will involve supporting the Service Manager in the delivery of a high-quality service by supporting the administrative processes to ensure customer requirements are met. What’s on offer? £27,000 per annum Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (some flexibility available) 33 days holiday Company events Onsite canteen What will you be doing as a Service Administrator? Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a service, ensuring that customer expectations and service level agreements (SLAs) are met by managing customer interactions, resolving issues, analysing performance data, and communicating with stakeholders to maintain smooth service delivery Handling emails, calls, and post, ensuring messages reach the right team members, and keeping records organised, including orders, invoices, and delivery notes Processing work orders and updating internal systems; liaising with teams to clarify order details and resolve any discrepancies; updating trackers with job progress, costs, and completion dates What do you need?
