The governors are seeking to appoint a professional, well organised and highly motivated part-time Office Administrator to join our supportive, friendly and committed team. The successful candidate will ideally have a knowledge and understanding of the challenges and rewards of working in a primary school and some administrative experience would be an advantage. The post holder is needed initially until the end of July 2025 to support the Headteacher on a number of projects related to Health and Safety and GDPR as well as support the current office administrator with day to day reception, clerical and administrative duties. If school has the capacity, this role may increase over time and be made permanent. The office team form the heart of the school and therefore, being a positive, energetic and friendly person who enjoys being busy and working with others is essential. There is also the need for excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise, to be a good listener and to remain calm under pressure. This role could suit someone new with or someone with previous experience of working in an office environment. There is some flexibility as to how the 5 hours will be covered across the week.
