Job Title: Financial Services Administrator Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Financial Services Administrator Assistant to join our team at Q Networkers Ltd.
About the Role
* This role involves assisting with client onboarding, liaising with internal teams and third parties, and following AML and acceptance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Process new client applications and perform due diligence checks.
* Undertake Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks to ensure compliance with regulations.
* Complete risk assessments and follow escalation procedures as necessary.
* Deal with client application enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Request additional information from clients as required.
* Produce and send acknowledgement letters and cancellation notices to clients.
* Prepare and review fund allotment and adviser fee payment schedules.
* Produce and send adviser fee and commission statements to clients.
* Liaise with the Finance and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication.
* Regularly communicate with third-party vendors to resolve any issues.
* Assist with administrative tasks and answer client queries in a prompt and courteous manner.
* Support the preparation and launch of new funds.
* Maintain process and procedure notes to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Update and maintain the internal CRM system to ensure up-to-date information.
* Attend regular product, fund, and compliance training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* Strong understanding of retail investment products and AML procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.

Working Conditions
* Based in the UK, with occasional travel to meetings and training sessions.
* Competitive salary range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
