Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a valued client in their search for a Regional Quality Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance across a cluster of homes across the South West of the UK.
As the Regional Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest levels of care quality across a designated cluster of luxury nursing homes. You will support and guide home managers in ensuring that clinical, operational, and regulatory standards are consistently met and exceeded.
We are looking for a proactive, quality-driven leader with a passion for delivering first-class care. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, detail-oriented, and able to inspire high standards across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and implement quality assurance processes across multiple homes in the region.
* Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments of care quality, safety, and compliance.
* Develop and support the implementation of action plans to address identified gaps in service.
* Monitor regulatory compliance, ensuring homes meet or exceed CQC and other healthcare standards.
* Mentor and support home managers to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and customer service.
* Analyse data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, residents, and families.
* Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the nursing homes.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a senior quality role within healthcare, nursing homes, or residential care settings.
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality frameworks.
* A successful track record in leading quality improvements and compliance initiatives.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyse data and implement actionable strategies.
* Willingness to travel across the region as required.
* Clinical qualification (Nursing/RGN) is highly desirable.
