What you'll do:
You’ll work as a Business Administration Apprenticesupporting vital casework and administrative tasks within our Service Delivery Directorate. You’ll process routine and volume casework, meet service level standards, and receive full technical training to thrive in your role.
Who we’re looking for: Business Administration Apprentice, Durham, County Durham
We're seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow. You’ll be:
* Organised and detail-oriented
* A team player with strong communication skills
* Confident using IT, including Microsoft Office
* Ready to take ownership of your work and develop professionally
Eligibility:
* Aged 16+ and not already qualified at Level 3 or above in a similar subject
* Resident in the UK for the past 3 years (or meet other funding criteria)
* Willing to work full-time, on-site at our Durham office
If you’re under 19 and haven’t achieved a GCSE Grade C/Level 4 in Maths or English, you’ll complete functional skills training as part of the programme.
On successful completion of your Level 3 apprenticeship and subject to satisfactory performance and attendance, you will be offered a permanent contract.
