Key Responsibilities: Generating high-quality leads through telesales, social media, and marketing activities Engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and identifying sales opportunities Booking appointments for the field sales team and assisting in converting leads into successful deals Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach Following up on leads from various sources, including cold and warm calls, as well as the company website Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth Job Requirements: Proven experience in telesales and lead generation, with a track record of delivering results Interest in IT and technology, with the ability to understand and promote technical products and services Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship building Additional Information: Office-based role in Middlesbrough Generous commission structure - OTE £35,000 Career progression opportunities, including potential transition into a field-based role.
