What You’ll Be Doing: Cleaning and maintaining car park areas, including litter picking and emptying bins Carrying out general site maintenance, minor repairs, and landscaping (gardening, weeding, basic DIY) Setting up signs and cones for parking suspensions and temporary restrictions Conducting routine maintenance on pay-and-display machines, reporting faults, and keeping them clean Using and maintaining company equipment for daily tasks Gritting entrances to car parks in cold weather Assisting with any other reasonable tasks as requested What We’re Looking For: Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, in all-weather condition A proactive, hands-on approach to maintenance and cleaning tasks Full UK driving licence Preferred Experience & Skills: Experience in maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role Basic DIY and gardening knowledge Awareness of Health & Safety regulations, including COSHH & Manual Handling This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, develop your maintenance skills, and be part of a welcoming team.
