Supporting the implementation of our Information Control strategy, data and systems management Maintaining accurate records of all data management and project documents Building workflows, streamlining processes and making efficiencies. Ensuring that all project participants have copies of the latest document and are working to them. Ensuring the issue, receipt, and acknowledgement of documentation. Filing and archiving all documents within the secure system. Ensuring that as built, record drawings and operations manuals are available at the end of the project in a format approved by the client. Providing document control for all client/confidential documentation. Report to the Senior Information Coordinator and support daily look-ahead of workload Providing technical and administrative document management support to technical and project teams. Responsible for Information management and coordination on a project to a high degree of reliability for security, version, visibility, availability and most importantly with a controlled reliable audit trail. Experience in providing Document Control support to a team Good knowledge of safety standards Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Able to communicate with tact and diplomacy. Demonstrate working collaboratively and communicatively across all teams within the company and key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of projects Coordinate information with other disciplines to achieve optimum design solutions Motivated team player who works well under pressure and working to tight timeframes and deadlines Proactive solution orientated approach with a can-do approach Be able to multitask Take the lead in situations as they arise Be able to priorities large volumes of work Why SYSTRA?
