The Opportunity Nigel Wright are delighted to be partnered with our client in Cramlington, as they look to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant.Joining a dynamic team, this is a Permanent full-time opportunity with hybrid working opportunities available and the potential for progression and development across the business for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full cycle of accounts payable activity including - Processing, tracking and recording invoices through to processing payments Working closely with various stakeholders across the business in the UK and Europe Resolving all invoice queries in a timely manner Managing payments and bank reconciliations Setting up new vendor accounts and amending existing details if necessary Supporting with the month end process About you Ideally, you will have at least 2 years experience in a similar Accounts Payable position alongside experience working with SAP.You will be proficient with Microsoft Excel and have strong communication skills, successfully building working relationships across the business.
