Due to forward planning, we are looking to recruit a permanent Part-Time Receptionist to provide a professional and efficient front of house service by presenting a positive image to clients and visitors via a good telephone manner, attitude and communication skills.
Along with the front of house, the successful candidate will also be responsible for providing an administration function for payroll and invoicing purposes. If you have a Receptionist background, along with some basic administration/invoicing experience, this role would be a great fit. Immediate start for the successful candidate.
As the Receptionist, your duties will include:
1. Operation of a multi-line switchboard.
2. Meeting and greeting visitors.
3. Data-Input of employee timesheets and preparation of information from the Time and Attendance System.
4. Filing and sorting/storage of data.
We would like to hear from you if you have:
1. Previous experience working as a Receptionist with administration duties.
2. A keen eye for detail & accuracy.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Flexibility in duties.
This is a permanent position which offers an excellent remuneration package including the following benefits:
