Reporting to the Director of Commercial Excellence, the Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organisation.
This role focuses on the implementation, management, and optimization of the CRM (Salesforce) system to support the company’s commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, data analysis, and CRM platforms including Salesforce, and will be passionate about enabling sales teams to achieve their goals through streamlined processes and actionable insights

You:
* Hold a relevant Bachelors degree
* At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, with a strong focus on CRM management (Salesforce).
Skills:
* Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimising CRM systems (Salesforce) in a B2B sales environment.
* Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales forecasting, performance metrics, and data visualisation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
* Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
