About the role
The school is searching for a Teacher of Design and Technology to join the successful Technologies department, supporting pupils with their practical and theoretical learning in Design and Technology. As a Teacher of Design and Technology at the school you will be responsible for:
1. Teaching KS3 and KS4 practical and theory DT lessons
2. Planning, marking, and full teacher responsibilities including a form group
3. Delivering feedback to pupils and parents
4. Developing the curriculum delivered at the school
5. Working on a Full Time basis
Am I suitable?
The successful candidate will be able to showcase their experience and achievements as a Teacher of Design and Technology and will have:
1. Qualified Teacher Status
2. ECT applications also welcomed
3. Degree or Higher in relevant field
4. At least 1 year teaching experience to Secondary age pupils
5. Unqualified Teacher applications will be considered if the candidate can showcase a vast experience of teaching GCSE and/or A Level Design and Technology
