Job Description:
To assist the team in a busy period with answering account queries via email.
Duties include:
1. Responding to customer accounts and offer queries via email
Who are we looking for?
1. Strong customer service skills
2. Able to work at a fast pace
3. IT proficiency including Microsoft Office
Things to know:
1. You will work remotely after 1 day of training in Syston, Leicestershire.
2. You will be given equipment to use for the contract, and will be responsible for returning it at the end.
3. Your output will be monitored to ensure you are meeting expectations.
4. The contract may only be for 4 weeks, but may be increased depending on workload.
