Skins Sexual Health and Creative Conceptions are looking for a Creative Artworker to complement our growing creative team. We do require a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a graphic design role.
This role is primarily focused on managing the urgent, day-to-day creative demands, ensuring timely and high-quality output across all products and brands. Additionally, the successful candidate will contribute to future-proofing our creative processes by helping to build systems and processes that drive long-term efficiency and success.
You will be able to produce and oversee both print and digital creative solutions that satisfy the production and marketing needs of our umbrella of companies. You should possess in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques but also be able to manage people and projects efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional based in the UK with a strong commercial background. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work effectively across different elements of design, including product, mailers, POS etc, leveraging knowledge and resources within Creative Conceptions.

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day (This will be the primary focus of the successful candidate)
* Complete live creative briefs across all products and brands.
* Proactively troubleshoot and manage issues to ensure briefs meet all quality requirements.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely exchange of information.
* Establish and monitor external quality control processes on a per-request basis.
* Communicate with external partners, such as printers, to facilitate smooth production workflows.
* Manage New Product Development (NPD) artwork tasks once initial concepts have been received through to final completion.
Future-Proofing (The successful candidate will contribute, working alongside the Design Manager)
* Contribute to planning and building file sharing systems, integrating them into daily operations.
* Assist in developing comprehensive brand guidelines by collating assets and information into a single source.
* Help build and maintain asset libraries with Adobe CC Library integration to streamline the creation of new collateral.
* Support the development of live ‘master files’ to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
* Aid in establishing baseline templates for recurring requests to boost efficiency and enhance product knowledge.
* Strengthen inter-department relationships by helping to maintain and update make lists and workflows.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a creative artwork role with a balance of hands-on production and process improvement.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly with Adobe CC Library integration.
* Fluency in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop essential.
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
* A midweight candidate who is experienced enough to hit the ground running without requiring extensive upskilling, yet adaptable to support ongoing process improvements.
