Mechanical Contracts Manager
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Mechanical and Electrical Contractor based in the West Midlands.
They are recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to lead and manage mechanical services across various projects in commercial environments such as healthcare, hospitality, education, leisure, retail, and office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee mechanical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, particularly in the healthcare sector, maintaining strong relationships and addressing any concerns.
3. Manage and coordinate teams of engineers, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure the smooth running of projects.
4. Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations, particularly in healthcare settings.
5. Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure that all projects meet required specifications and industry standards.
6. Monitor budgets, costs, and resources, and ensure financial efficiency without compromising on quality.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on Mechanical project management.
2. Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects.
