About the Role
Based at Head Office in Liverpool with site visits as appropriate.

Carry out Senior Quantity Surveyor duties on fit out, refurbishment schemes for key clients in the Retail, Commercial, Hospitality & Leisure sectors.

You will join a small close knit team of dedicated professionals, working together to deliver projects on time and within budget, reporting to the Construction Director of the division.

You will manage more junior members of the commercial team, helping them progress in their own careers.

2. Subcontractor procurement, payment and management
