This post shall be pivotal in achieving this. To carry out planned and unplanned maintenance activities on units maintained at Chester Traincare Centre. To drive rollingstock within the boundaries laid down in Chester Traincare local procedures. Your daily duties will include: • Carry out work as allocated by the Team Leader or Production Manager within set timescales and to the recognised standards. • Ensure that safety procedures and documents are adhered to. • Ensure that work sheets are signed off promptly and correctly on completion of work by the. Production Manager or Depot Manager. • Participate in meetings in order that problems are resolved quickly and effectively, continually improving all aspects of the job. • Play an active role in your training and development. • Ensure that appropriate quality procedures and work instructions are adhered to. • Attend technical, quality, safety and general briefings ensuring action taken on items raised • Carry out any duties within your level of competence as requested by the Team Leader or SPM • Ensure local procedures and Railway Group Standards are followed in relation to the movement of rollingstock. What salary will you be paid for this role? As a Real Living Wage Employer, we are proud to pay competitively at CAF. For this role you will be offered a salary in the region of £43,000 per annum. What will make you successful in this position?
