Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Lettings Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position with our lettings team based in Worthing.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Business Growth: Drive the growth of the lettings business by generating new leads, building relationships with landlords, and identifying opportunities to increase market share.
* Revenue & Results: Focus on achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring a high level of profitability through strategic planning and consistent results.
* Customer Service Excellence: Maintain and enhance our high standards of customer service by ensuring the team consistently delivers a positive experience for tenants and landlords alike.
* Team Leadership & Development: Lead, motivate, and support the lettings team, providing training, guidance, and clear objectives to foster personal and professional growth.
* Operational Efficiency: Oversee the efficient running of the lettings operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies while managing resources effectively.
* Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with local market trends and competitors, offering advice and insight to clients to position Michael Jones Lettings as

* ARLA or equivalent qualifications are desirable but not essential.
