Your Impact:

As an Estimator, you'll be at the heart of our project success, ensuring accurate and competitive bids that secure exciting new contracts. Your key contributions will include:

* Crafting detailed and precise tenders for a range of new build, refurbishment, retail, commercial and industrial projects.
* Conducting in depth analysis of project specifications, drawings, and documentation to develop robust cost estimates.
* Strategically sourcing and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations to maximise value.
* Conducting site visits and surveys to gather essential project data, both locally and across various project locations nationwide.
* Collaborating closely with project managers and team members, ensuring seamless communication and accurate cost assessments.
* Maintaining meticulous records and documentation to ensure project transparency.
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks and capitalising on opportunities to enhance project outcomes.
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of our estimating processes.
* Working on a variety of projects that will expand your experience across a wide geographical area.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in an Estimator role within the construction industry, with specific experience in new build, refurbishment, retail, commercial and industrial works.
* A strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost management.
* Exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
* Proficiency in using industry-standard estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* The ability to accurately interpret construction drawings and specifications.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to travel for site visits when necessary.
