Pharmacy Business Developer (South-West)
We are seeking to hire an experienced Pharmacy Business Developer who will be responsible for promoting our extensive portfolio of own branded healthcare products including First Aid, Sports Therapy, Wound care, and Diagnostic medical devices to the retail pharmacy market. You will benefit from several industry-leading products which will help you carve out a significant share of the market in your territory and develop long-term relationships with retail pharmacies.
The role involves developing existing accounts and opening new ones, whilst positioning the company's healthcare products as leaders within the retail pharmacy sector. You will achieve this through regular sales calls and activities and by bringing a fresh and enthusiastic approach to sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
1. Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers
2. Perform needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet customer requirements
3. Achieve sales targets and outcomes within weekly call schedule
4. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, and interests
5. Keep up to date with best practices and promotional needs within your territory
6. Merchandise and influence customers to increase sales
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years Pharmacy field sales experience in the above territory
2. A proven track record of sales, business development, and account management
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
4. A full clean driving license
