Supervising staff including giving Christian pastoral support and ensuring that pastoral needs are being met. Using your housing knowledge, to support the Housing Officers in providing information and advice about Welfare Benefits especially Housing Benefit. You will work with clients to prevent evictions whilst working with the Housing Manager to ensure that when necessary, all evictions meet legal requirements.
