What you’ll do
As a Business Operations Manager within the GTM & Commercial team, you will manage and align the internal and external governance of the team and cover the monitoring, reviewing and improvement of its operational effectiveness. You will ensure the strategic alignment across the business unit with effective internal and external communications. The role requires working closely with senior leaders in GTM & Commercial and across other business functions.
Key accountabilities:
1. To help establish, manage and monitor effective reporting of GTM & Commercial performance to all key stakeholders and executive teams
2. Contribute to impactful communication across GTM & Commercial for teams, customers and leadership to be aware of key activities and share successes and learnings
3. Help manage the GTM & Commercial governance (governance of Leadership team meeting and operational reviews including co-ordination, action review and quality control of input.)
4. Support on the commercial budgeting process for GTM & Commercial in conjunction with Finance
5. Accurately document and follow up on meeting actions
6. Identify and run ad-hoc projects that would drive improvements across all teams
7. Clarifies and shapes topics into structured approaches, building detailed memos which are clear, comprehensive and minimising ambiguity, Shapes ad-hoc topics into mini projects, bigger initiatives
8. Contributes to the execution of strategic and annual operating goals through expertise in overall change management
Who you are
9. Experience in working in virtual and multinational teams, with proven record of delivering goals in matrix organisations
10. Ability to understand and communicate strategic issues at Board/Director level
11. Ability to work pro-actively on a day-to-day basis with minimum guidance on ad-hoc requirements
12. Ability to manage multiple & changing priorities and take accountability for decisions made.
13. Strong communication and presentation skills with proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
