Let us introduce the role We have an opportunity available for a Head of People Experience, working in AWEs People & Places function. This role will lead the AWE People Experience agenda including: Defining AWE's People Experience Proposition and People Offer (EXP), which is authentic and aligned to a range of People & Places strategies including equity, diversity and inclusion and our Employer Brand Proposition. Actively champion the EXP, coaching and influencing leadership behaviours and capability in this field, providing feedback to ensure alignment across organisational policies and procedures and providing tool kits and support to EXP custodians across AWE. Ensure robust employee active listening frameworks are in place which inform EXP design, including effective collaboration with AWE's trade unions and other representative bodies. Provide 'thought leadership' in this field, connecting with internal and external networks, being up-to-speed on industry best practice and innovation within this field. Ensure governance, controls and reporting mechanisms are in place to evidence the effectiveness of Employee Experience strategy and interventions. This is a highly collaborative and visible role, working with a wide range of employee, manager and stakeholder groups to identify EXP requirements, solutions and frameworks to implement this. Some of the Key Responsibilities Provide visible leadership and be a role model of AWE's behaviours, championing our employee's experience Establish strong networks to access thought leadership insight and benchmarking Provide coaching and guidance to leaders, managers and other key stakeholders in effective delivery or employee experience activity Play an active role in AWE's leadership community, supporting and developing EXP communications and engagement practices with them and providing expert advice Maintain and promote high personal standards in environment, safety, health, security and quality The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.
